6. Simulation Mode - b. Generating Package Simulation Files

You can feed in simulated packages from your remote order processing system, and return results to test the interface. An option is included (in the setup form) to interface with an SeCommerce database to do just that, although of course we will wire it up for your specific database and needs. In this demo, orders as they are made on a live web site, automatically create a package manifest, which is then pulled by the Scanscale program from the remote database every 30 seconds and simulated as moving across the belts, with results returned back to the remote database.
